The developers of Friday Night Funkin’ have launched a new Kickstarter in order to raise funds to continue the development of the game that is gaining so much popularity on the internet. The announcement of this new Kickstarter has been accompanied by a lot of juicy information that we are going to analyze step by step.
Apart from all the information about future new features that has already been confirmed in this new release, the developers have published a series of goals that, if met, will lead to even more new features. For now, two levels of these goals have already been unlocked, and the Kickstarter has only been online for a few hours.
The new FNF Kickstarter has all sorts of tiers, with which you can purchase a digital copy of the full game (in the future, when it’s released) among other things. At the time of writing, it’s already $180,000 raised and climbing.

As we mentioned, there are already several new features that have been confirmed by the developers in this new release:
- 20 new full weeks! Considering that the current game has 7, you can already get an idea of what’s to come in FNF.
- New mobile version
- New online leaderboard system.
- New mode to play 1v1 offline.
- New option to play other characters apart from BF.
- Support for MODs.
- New tool to create custom charts in-game.
- Translations to different languages.
